Will Predhomme | Managing Director
Will began Predhomme Strategic Marketing in 2012, identifying a need for effective & engaging communication between wine & the trade in Canada.
Will's experience spans a career involved in the hospitality, government, education, wine production, & communications aspects of the wine & spirits industry. Work experience includes the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), Fairmont Hotels, & Harrah's Casinos, though Will is best known as a top sommelier based in Toronto, most notably for the development of the world-class wine programs at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants (Canoe Restaurant & Bar).
Along with managing PSM., Will co-produces wine in Oregon & South Africa under the Pearce Predhomme label, is an instructor at the University of Guelph, & has been broadcast nationally as a producer & host of The Globe & Mail Wine Basics Video Series.
Scott Zebarth | Account Executive
Scott is a sommelier, consultant and wine writer in Toronto.
Known for his work with some of the largest restaurant groups in Toronto, he most recently was the Senior Sommelier for Icon Legacy Hospitality, a prominent hospitality company operating in Toronto, and was overseeing all wine programs of Icon's seventeen properties in Toronto, Miami and Dubai. Before that, Scott was a sommelier for Oliver & Bonacini, creating wine lists for a number of their venues.
Scott also creates online content for Gargoyle, has written for Vines Magazine, and offers directional wine advice for both restaurants and private clients.
This year he has launched a new wine label, Interloper, with winemaker Martin Werner and writer Michael Godel.
Jeff Nolet | Social Media Marketing
Jeffrey Nolet is a recent graduate of both Public Relations and Social Media Marketing programs at Conestoga College. He's combined his education and passion for wine to manage the online presence of Toronto's biggest wine event of the year, Taste Oregon 2017.
Taste Oregon brought in hundreds more guests than what was anticipated. He is currently pursuing a Wine Spirits Education Trust certification and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph to enrich his knowledge about wine and marketing industries.
