Safety Information & Local COVID-19 Requirements:
The safety of our participants and staff are our highest priority.
The consensus among global health authorities is that full vaccination provides the strongest protection against COVID-19 variants. In consideration of your fellow participants, all staff at the event will be fully vaccinated.
To ensure the safety of everyone participating, we will be asking all participants provide proof of COVID-19 vaccinations to gain access to the Oregon & Washington State Wine Expedition.
To access your proof of vaccination please visit the Ontario COVID-19 vaccination service (ontariohealth.ca) Website and download a pdf of your receipt to ensure you have access to a digital record accessible on your phone upon arrival.
In addition to these, we will be following the enhanced protocols of the venue including a self-assessment survey & contact tracing system that will be emailed within 24 hours of attending the event and temperature checks at the door.

Ontario is following a phased re-opening plan called "Roadmap to Reopen" - as such all protocols and requirements in place on the day of will be followed and strictly adhered to. We will continue to update this space as the day approaches and inform you of any major updates should they arise.
